How to order

(2)You’ll be notified of product availability by e-mail within 24 hours after receiving your order. If the product is out of stock, We’ll notify of the delivery date. (Although we do our best to reply to you within 24 hours, however, please understand that might have been taken more than 24 hours.)
(3)If the product is in stock,we will ship it after we confirmed your payment. We’ll notify of the tracking number soon.
(4)If the product is out of stock, We’ll notify of date of delivery. Then please pay the 10% of the product price as deposit.
After the product became available, We’ll send you a bill and product’s photos by e-mail.

Returning Defective Item
If any item is defective, please send it freight collect. When we received
the item, we may send you another one (Non-defective item).
Period for Returning
Please return defective item within seven days of the receipt.
Return shipping charge
We always take all possible measures to ensure that items are delivered to customers, however, if there is any problem listed below, please let us know that and send it us freight collect within seven days of the receipt.
There is a discrepancy on the item or specifications you have ordered due to our fault.
Unused item you received is damaged.
*We accept returning items described as above only for the nature of our product reason (We can not accept any returning item/changing request by reason other than those above or damaged/defacement caused by customer).
Please understand that you may not receive exactly the same item what you have looked a picture of item on your display because our blades are individually made by craftsman’s hand and plane’s block and chisel’s handle are made of natural materials.
